Returns & Exchanges
For any reasons you are not fully satisfied with the purchased item(s) upon receipt, please
- Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase
- Contact us for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Unless it is our mistake in fulfilling the order(s), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please ship the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Once we received the returned item(s) in a qualified unused condition, we would gladly issue a full refund to you in seven (7) days.
Please note that the refund is for the item price only, any paid shipping fee is not refundable (the amount of "free shipping fee" we paid will be deducted from the order total).
***Custom made and made to order solid gold items cannot be returned except for product defectives.
Returns or Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges must be accepted upon prior agreement, Return Slip will be issued with a returning address (a copy of Return Slip has to be put in the package of returning item(s)), the returning item(s) must be shipped to the returning address within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the purchased item(s) (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document) in an unworn condition and original package, a tracking number for the returning shipment must be provided to us once available, customers are liable for the return shipping costs.
Receive item(s) in the wrong style, color and size
If the item(s) you received is in either the wrong style, color or size, please contact us within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item(s) and provide at least 3 pictures.
For each wrong style/size item, a replacement will be sent to you soon* upon provision of the wrong item in the pictures. You may be requested to ship the item back to us afterward, the return shipping cost would be reimbursed to you after we received the returned item(s).
For each wrong size item, a replacement will be sent to you soon* upon we received the item in the wrong size, return shipping fee that you paid will be reimbursed after 1) you ship the item back to us 2) we proved that it is our fault on the size.
For each damaged/defective item, a replacement will be sent to you soon* upon provision of the damaged/defective item in the pictures. You may or may not need to send us back the item in these cases.
*It might happen if the replacement is out of stock and production takes up to a month, or the replacement has been discontinued. In these cases, you can request a refund.
Please note that only one return/exchange request can be made per order. Unless there is a product quality problem, each item is only allowed to be exchanged or returned once per each transaction, and such exchange must be the item of the same style, in the same color or size. For those who change their mind and wish to exchange for another style/color/size of the item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Returns may be accepted for a full refund upon prior agreement.
If you wish to return your item for a refund due to a change of mind or accidental order, please note that return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Items can't be exchanged or returned unless damaged/defective

- Made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered items, or custom orders
- Items on sale with 30% off or in higher discount
